Premier Pontoons Earns Standard of Excellence Award

The National Marine Manufacturers Association named Premier pontoons the recipient of the Customer Satisfaction Index Award for achieving exemplary customer satisfaction scores. 

Big Lake, Minn. February 22, 2024 – Premier Marine recently received the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award during the Discovery Boating Miami International Boat Show this past weekend in Miami, Florida. Premier earned the award by scoring 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction by customers who purchased a new pontoon during the period between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.

The CSI score measures customer satisfaction on several fronts including product satisfaction, sales experience, delivery, service after the sale, and overall product quality. To qualify for the award, Premier had to survey all new pontoon purchases during the time frame. 

“Everything starts and ends with the customer,” said Chris Carlson, owner and CEO of Premier Marine. “If they’re not satisfied, we’re not doing our job. Earning this award is about more than just having a great boat…it’s providing exceptional customer service every step of the way. I’m very proud of our team and our entire dealer network.”

Premier was one of just a handful of pontoon brands to earn the exceptional level of excellence from theNMMA.
