OUR TUBES ARE TOUGHER, THICKER, AND SMARTER

Our tubes are built to handle life on the water. Featuring a thicker (.125”) three-piece nose cone, heavy-duty tow eyes that won’t bend, crack, or tear, and feature a full-length keel for added protection and improved tracking. Every tube is also pressure tested and uses our Positive Airlock System to ensure in the rare occurrence a tube does become damaged, it won’t ruin your day.

PTX IS STRONGER WHERE OTHERS GO THIN

Our PTX tubes are built for the kind of water that asks more of a pontoon. Nose cones use .125-inch aluminum, nearly 40% thicker than other tritoon designs, with baffles every 36-inches and full-length strongbacks inside the tube. The design also drains itself, so there’s no bilge pump, and the locker is large enough for oversized gear others are forced to leave on the deck.

STRENGTH YOU’LL FEEL WITH EVERY STEP

Our decks feature unique Z-channels beams every 16-inches on center instead of the usual 24, which puts 50% more structure under the floor. Welded bulkheads keep the boat true season after season, even on the roughest water. Three-quarter-inch marine-grade plywood is screwed every 9-inches (every 6-inches at the seams), then filled and sanded so the surface stays smooth.

OUR PANELS ARE THE STRONG SILENT TYPE

Our rails and panels are built to take a bump and stay quiet about it. The outer rail is a larger 2-inch extrusion with a powder coated finish that flexes instead of crazing the way anodizing does. Embossed panels shrug off dings that flatten a smooth skin. Elastomer in the seams kills the rattles foam leaves behind, and heavy-duty castings protect all four corners.

FURNITURE BUILT FOR LIFE BEYOND THE SHOWROOM

Our furniture is built to last for years, not for a single season on the showroom floor. Full roto-molded composite bases stay dry, get a vinyl wrap so they look finished, and carry dual-density antimicrobial foam that holds its shape and doesn’t invite mildew. Dedicated underseat storage means you won’t find harnesses or speakers in the way, and most open front to back for easy access.
