Premier Receives 2025 CSI Award

PREMIER PONTOONS BECOMES 16-TIME WINNER OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD

Exceptional Build Quality and Customer Service Propelled Premier to a Third Consecutive NMMA Satisfaction Award During the Miami International Boat Show.

Big Lake, Minn. February 16, 2026 – Premier Marine  was once again the recipient of the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s (NMMA) 2025 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award. It was the 16th time Premier has earned the award by receiving a score of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction after tabulating surveys from more than 275,000 boating enthusiasts.

The Marine Industry CSI Awards celebrate boat and engine builders that consistently advance standards in craftsmanship, innovation, and owner support. As one of just a select few pontoon brands honored this year, Premier’s success underscores its commitment to delivering industry-best build quality and ownership experience.

The Satisfaction Award was presented to Premier at the Miami International Boat Show, and it represents the second award the company has received in just one month. In January, Premier earned the NMMA Innovation award as chosen by boating industry journalists for the revolutionary Command Anchor system. It was the fourth time Premier had received the innovation award in the past five years.
